  1. IDENTIFY AND ENGAGE WITH LEADING EARLY-GROWTH STAGE COMPANIES TO SOURCE A STEADY FLOW OF ITALIAN-BASED COMPANIES BY LEVERAGING BOTH THE TEAM’S AND EQUITY-PARTNER’S EXTENSIVE DEAL NETWORKS.

  2. PERFORM DETAILED DUE DILIGENCE TO UNDERSTAND KEY RISKS AND EFFECTIVELY TRIAGE THROUGH MARKET, TECHNOLOGY, AND EXECUTION RISK.

  3. TARGET €1M-€2.5M OVER THE LIFE OF EACH CORE INVESTMENT, WITH THE ABILITY TO GO ABOVE OR BELOW THE TARGET DUE TO OWNERSHIP FLEXIBILITY AND ABILITY TO BRING IN LIMITED PARTNERS TO CO-INVEST.
